Rhema Group launches Leadership and Change Management Training Programmes for Teachers.

The Government’s agenda for schools together with their Building Schools for the Future initiative (a massive £45billion investment in school buildings and ICT) promises immense and transformational change.

Addressing these vital issues successfully will require teachers at all levels to embrace, lead and manage change at a very sophisticated level. On their own admission this is a challenge for which they have been ill-prepared. IQ is rapidly being replaced by EQ (Emotional Intelligence) as the arbiter of their success.

Rhema Group is alert and taking a leading role in providing training programmes for individual schools and school clusters. These are designed to equip teachers with the wide range of ‘soft skills’ they now require to make the Government’s blueprint for schools a reality.

The training programmes focus on three key elements:
