Rhema Group forms strategic alliance with MGL to provide soft skills training for teachers – pilot scheme is a big success

Rhema Group is to work closely with MGL (www.mglworld.com) to provide Leadership and Change Management training to Primary and Secondary School teachers in the North West of England. Pilot workshops run on 28 and 29 March for Primary and Secondary school Heads have been rated a significant success.

MGL is a highly regarded provider of ICT related services to the education sector across the North West of England and North Wales. It currently works with over 350 schools to whom it provides consultancy and advice to integrate ICT into activities across the whole school.

Rhema Group MD Jeremy Francis commented: “Transformational changes in the education sector will require Headteachers in particular to be fully equipped with the ‘softer’ skills of leadership, change management, and partnership working in order to deliver the UK Government’s vision of 21st Century education. Working with MGL we shall be able to provide a unique blend of the insights necessary to turn the Government’s blueprint for schools of the future into a reality. This is an extremely exciting prospect.”

John Mann CEO of MGL added: “MGL and Rhema Group are both well established organisations with a vast amount of experience in their respective fields. The combination of the two, working together as strategic partners, will bring substantial benefits to the schools in the North West of England and North Wales. We shall be able to offer them truly holistic solutions for the benefit of both teachers and children.”
