Rhema Resources

Rhema is currently running pilots for a potentially hugely important new service for HR Professionals, trainers, managers, employees, and students. The wealth of over 20 years of experience in creating and updating a wide range of training programmes will be made available as a subscription service via the Rhema website.

Subscribers will have access to top-quality materials on Leadership and Management Development, Performance Management, Sales Force Development and Skills Development for their own use. Performance Management and Sales Force Development are the first two subject areas to be made available for download and/or printing off from the new Rhema Resources area of the website.

New training products
for the Banking sector

Rhema MD Jeremy Francis has been working with sector training expert Sylvia Ashley on a comprehensive sales training programme for those selling complex financial products.

Rhema is offering a positive response to clear market research indications that a higher level of sales skill is now required to sell the rapidly increasing range of complex, structured products.

Client Managers and sales staff need the right training to sell-a variety of structured financial products, and so ensure and long term sustainability in an increasingly competitive and regulated market-place.

Rhema will be launching this new training product in March, with a series of breakfast meetings in London.

Rhema international network expands

Rhema’s global clients continue to extend their reach and as part of a strategy of following, or preceding, client expansion Rhema is enlarging its worldwide partner network. Additional partners will soon be announced in Western and Central Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, and a first partner in the Middle East. Rhema plans that the current 15 international partners will double to 30 by the end of this year.
