Teacher Development - Rhema Group

Rhema Group has put together three Teacher Development Modules which can be delivered at either a school or cluster level to equip Head Teachers and their team of Teachers to address the three key issues. The three modules are:

Module One – Our Realities

Confronting the changes required as a school or as a cluster and planning to deliver necessary changes.

Module Two – My Realities

Identifying and acquiring the skills required as a leader and manager of change as a Head Teacher or Teacher.

Module Three – Their Realities

Identifying and acquiring the skills required to empower others to deliver change at their level.

Delivered at a cluster level for Head Teachers we have called the three module programme “Heads Together – New Realities”.

Delivered at a school level for Head Teachers and their team of Teachers we have called the three module programme “Teachers Together – New Realities”.
