Client/Customer Surveys

Understanding and delivering to clients' expectations is a must for every organisation. Our client surveys enable the supplier and the client to identify and jointly agree areas for performance improvement. These surveys cover nine key issues relating to a supplier's performance. These are:

Product quality
Service response
Price Value for money
People Attitude and performance
Communications Frequency and quality
Approach Empathy and understanding
Added Value Creating and delivering added value
Purpose Understanding of customer's purpose and goals
Plans Understanding of customer's plans

Known as 'Partnership in Performance', the surveys can be initiated by either the supplier or the client. The results of the surveys are then used for a 'Partnership in Performance' meeting.
