Global Leadership Development Programmes
We designed, created and rolled out a Senior Manager Leadership Development Programme consisting of three modules on Leadership, Change Management and Project Management for the Rabobank vendor leasing subsidiary De Lage Landen. This Dutch-based organisation put their top 400 managers through the programme across Europe, the Americas and the Asia/Pacific region.
Global Kaizen Quality Management Programme
We designed, created and rolled out a modular Kaizen Quality Management Training Programme for all managers in the UK, Europe, USA and Far East for BOC Group to anchor their Kaizen quality management methodologies into their business world-wide. Programmes were delivered in local languages by local nationals.
Pan European Customer Service Training Programme
A leading US based software manufacturer needed to train its Service Engineers across Europe in Customer Service Skills for use over the telephone.
Rhema Group was chosen for the roll out of this programme throughout the UK, Europe and the Nordics.
Recruitment Skills Training
Société Générale, the leading French bank, appointed us to design, create and deliver their Senior Investment Bankers Recruitment Skills Programme in the UK, France and USA.
