Full Time Consultants

You will join the core team responsible for the delivery of consultancy and training, business development, account management, project management, and business expansion. From a graduate background or of graduate standard and with at least 10 years of human resource development experience, you will also have had experience of promoting and selling creative, blended learning and development solutions to end-user customers. We offer an attractive salary package and incentive scheme based on the level and experience of the applicant. Successful candidates will also be considered for a future role as Head of Training.

Part Time Consultants

You will join our team of UK associates who are responsible for the delivery of consultancy, training and coaching on a project by project basis. You will have had at least 10 years of experience in taking projects from start to finish including fact-finding, solution design, creation of training and development materials, and personal delivery of interventions. We pay attractive daily rates linked to the level of involvement in a given project.
