Rhema Group begin supplying Fort Hill Company products

Rhema Group is proud to announce that it has been approved to begin supplying Fort Hill Company products in the U.K.

USA based Fort Hill Company (www.forthillcompany.com) offers a comprehensive suite of products and services that ensure that an organisation’s training and development programs generate meaningful and measurable results.

At the core of their approach is the Six Disciplines™ Methodology, the first truly comprehensive approach to the design, delivery and measurement of corporate learning programs.  The Six Disciplines complement and extend traditional instructional design models by including the temporal and environmental factors that can truly make or break the impact of any training program.

The research behind the Six Disciplines revealed that the seeds of training success or failure are planted before the training itself begins,  so Fort Hill produced Getting Your Money’s Worth from Training and Developmenta practical guide for managers and participants on how to prepare and to get the most from training.

At the request of their clients, they have created an interactive online version called How to Get Your Money’s Worth from Training and Development.  This two-part, LMS-compatible course facilitates the learner-manager dialogue pre- and post-program that research has shown is critical for learning transfer.  A companion program—Learning as Competitive Edge—makes the case for the strategic value of learning and helps create a more favourable transfer climate.

Because great learning leads to great results only when it is transferred and applied to the work of the organization, Fort Hill developed the first, practical, wide-scale Follow-Through Management® system, Results Engine®.    This solves the learning transfer problem, the weakest link in training and development.

Kathy Granger, Executive Vice President of Fort Hill Company, commented on their new relationship with Rhema Group – “We are delighted to collaborate with Rhema and its clients on improving and proving the business impact of learning from Rhema’s suite of training and development programs.

Jeremy Francis, CEO of Rhema Group commented- “In our view Fort Hill’s products are quite simply the best in the world at ensuring the learning gained on training programs is transferred into the workplace with measurable business results. We see their suite of products as being an essential add-on to the products and services we supply. In future we can really help keep our clients calculate measureable business results in the area of training – a really important value added offering.”

Using this technology we are able to create lively, interactive and highly practical training sessions delivered to delegates anywhere in the world at the same time. This encourages people to form learning communities and share their experiences, a very important element in growing a learning organisation which Cambridge University Press most certainly is".
