Focus on instructor led training

After graduating with a degree in philosophy, William started his career as a teacher of English as a Foreign Language to adults both in the UK and Spain but was soon attracted to a commercial learning environment – in which he has for over 10 years very successfully delivered training to groups ranging in size from 2 to 2000.

He brings a personal development focus to all of the work he conducts in the areas of sales force training and management development. All of his training work is oriented towards drawing out the best performance possible from each individual, irrespective of their position or role within a company. William has a high energy, interactive training style that is practical and results orientated.

His expertise embraces analysing training needs, designing and delivering solutions on a range of subjects - including performance management, coaching skills and consultative selling. In addition to this he regularly works with blue chip organisations in the areas of change management, leadership skills, team-building and strategic business planning. He has successfully created and delivered customised training in a range of business sectors -

Clients include: BOC Gases (design, creation and delivery of management development, performance management, and sales force development programmes); Societe Generale   (design and delivery of management development, effective recruitment and crisis help desk workshops);  Association of Accounting Technichians (design of competency framework and delivery of management development and skills development programmes).

William's primary goal is to offer instructor led programmes and coaching solutions that will help client organisations meet the challenges of educating and developing their workforce for long term competetive advantage.
