Carol Bentley, Schools Advisor and Consultant

Focus on delivery of Teacher Development Programmes.

A Secondary School Teacher since 1990 and now a Deputy Head Teacher of Hillview School, Tonbridge, Kent, Carol Bentley brings to Rhema Group invaluable experience of leading and managing change in the fast changing education sector within the UK.

Her responsibilities over her teaching career have included budget and resource management, performance management, the raising of standards of teaching and learning, leading different departments through fundamental changes and providing direction and vision for the curriculum. Her current priorities include taking the lead on post 16 collaboration initiatives and providing support, direction and quality assurance in her senior line management role as a Deputy Head.

Carol’s abilities as both a strategic and creative thinker, together with her adherence to high standards and excellent implementation skills, will contribute significantly to Rhema Group’s objectives of helping schools to turn their visions and plans for future success into a reality.
