Sally has worldwide learning and development consultancy experience, working in many countries across Europe, the US, Africa and Asia as well as the UK. She has worked with people at all levels in organisations, from senior managers, first and middle managers, graduates, and administration staff.
Sally has expertise in all aspects of the management of people, including training needs analysis, Performance Management processes, design and delivery of learning programmes particularly for international audiences, user evaluation of learning, return on investment analysis. She has personal experience of managing teams.
The learning programmes which she has designed and delivered include those where managers can increase their skills in managing and developing their staff all aspects of leadership and management development (communication, motivation, coaching, delegation, team building, induction etc) for newly appointed managers at first line level through to international business leaders at senior board level. She has also designed and delivered programmes for managing client relationships, including project management particularly where there may be complex management structures across the projects. Programmes which increase staff personal performance, such as time management, presentation skills and report writing skills are part of her portfolio. Sally has also helped trainers to build on their own training skills through courses and individual coaching.
Sally is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a Masters Degree in Training and Performance Management and is an accredited business coach and qualified teacher. She also holds a Diploma in Training Management, the RSA Certificate in Counselling.
