Sylvia Ashley

Sylvia Ashley has over 25 years experience working in Capital Markets in Sales Management and Investor Relations. Her career has given her a global outlook, having worked in New York, London, Europe, Asia and Australia for Citibank, UBS and Rabobank.

Sylvia focuses on human resource development within the banking sector. She is an experienced developer and deliverer of training to a range of personnel from senior sales to graduate trainees. Her unique style enables her to develop people in a way that leads to sustainable high performance which at the same time addresses retention and talent management issues.

Sylvia is a CPA (Treasury), has a M.Sc. in Organisational Consulting and has trained as a Developmental and Business Coach with Ashridge Management College as well as completing an MA in applied Psychology with the Institute of Psychosynthesis.
