As a global training organisation we are specialists in providing training courses, consultancy, coaching, e-learning, psychometric assessments, and online learning and development resources to our clients anywhere in the world. We focus on global organisations who need to roll out global training programmes and human resource development solutions worldwide.

We always try to take a holistic approach to people development and in addition to instructor led training courses there are a number of other learning tools and techniques which we are able to provide as well.

We have provided a brief explanation of each element which can be used separately or together as an integrated, blended package.

We work with best in class technology suppliers to put in place the IT platforms required for the delivery of blended solutions. All these platforms are web-based.

E-Learning

We do not see e-learning programmes as replacements for instructor led training but the use of e-learning pre course can optimise time spent on the course by delegates in practising processes and skills having gained essential knowledge (and been tested on this knowledge) in the pre-course work.

Post course, e-Learning can be used powerfully to refresh and maintain essential levels of knowledge in its application in the work-place as well as provide a powerful e-coaching tool for use by managers and their direct reports.

Elements of e-learning can also be used as part of a course to bring a different dimension to the learning experience.

Rhema can provide e-learning content to support all of its instructor led training courses.

Accreditation

All our programmes are accredited by the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) (www.icm.ac.uk).

All of our work can be customised and tailored to a client’s requirements to meet the requirement of other accrediting bodies.

Psychometrics

The use of psychometrics is growing in the area of training and development as organisations and the people they employ seek to gain a better understanding of the unique capabilities of every employee and their contribution to their team.

The psychometric which we most frequently use is the Profile XT which seeks to identify the “DNA” of a specific job and then matches the “DNA” of the individual to the job. This assessment produces not only a job match profile but also a coaching report showing the areas of knowledge, skill or ability on which the individual needs to focus with his/her manager for personal development.

The use of this psychometric tool can bring added focus to the accurate identification of training and coaching needs as well as providing a metric for assessment of the success of training and coaching.

Intranet Support

As they develop and document best practices many organisations use their own intranets to capture course contents and to provide useful summaries of models, processes and documentation for use by course delegates either pre or post training.

We encourage our clients to take our training material and to publish it online on their own intranets for ongoing referral and to support the transfer of knowledge, skills and processes into the work-place.

We can enter into an agreement for additional use of our course training material in this way, thus providing a simple but powerful ‘value add’.

We can work with any Webinar system to support participants post-training in the application of their knowledge and skills in their jobs.

Online Learning and Development Resources

Our online Learning and Development Resource Centre is aimed at trainers, HR professionals, line managers and employees.

It enables users to download valuable training materials and learning resources to complement their own learning and development resources. It also provides online assistance and advice on people management and development issues.

As an organisation seeking to partner its clients at all times we see this resource centre as a valuable addition to the mix of training and development support we currently offer.

Coaching Support

The provision of coaching can quadruple the effectiveness of instructor led training.

Whether provided face to face, by telephone or via e-coaching, coaching is a powerful ingredient in the blend of training and development activities supplied by Rhema which can significantly increase the performance of an individual both during and after training.

Learning Management Systems

The use of a Learning Management System (LMS) to capture course offerings, bookings and completion by individuals as well as measurement of the knowledge and skills gained, is a powerful ingredient in the delivery and tracking of training and development programmes.

Such a system enables both the organisation and individual employees to work effectively together to satisfy training and development needs and to measure the success of learning and development activities.

Rhema can work with organisations to introduce an LMS, if one does not exist, or to format our course offerings and learning and development resources to fit the format of an existing LMS to ensure optimum use of these resources.

Training Webinars

Many organisations today are using Webinars to deliver training and coaching to individuals working geographically apart and often located in different time zones.

We can provide generic or customised training webinars for employees no matter where they are located in the world.

Action Learning Groups

On all our training programmes we encourage the use of formal or informal action learning groups. Attended by course participants these mutual support groups can play a powerful role in the continuous use and improvement of the knowledge and skills obtained by participants on a given course.

We can support these groups with e-coaching or coaching provided by tele-conferences or Webinar sessions.

Our whole intention is to ensure that courses do not become one-off learning experiences but part of the ongoing personal development process.
